You see, we sent Sandra the S.O.S. when we were selling our home during a very difficult transition. Sandra promptly set aside 3 days to do the job, but when she was finally given access to assess the project, she was shocked to find it was a HUGE job, that would take much longer than the 3 week deadline, when the for sale sign was going on the lawn. Without judgement, she dropped everything to spend 3 grueling weeks to overcome the many challenges to complete the project.
She sub-contracted 5 others, and together they worked tirelessly, purging some 20+ years worth of “stuff”. Whether posting furniture items and selling them for us on Kijiji, taking truckloads of items to donate, or packing and taking 80 garbage bags to the dump. She did so, with a positive attitude and until the wee hours, and that was all before the 3 day staging job could begin.
She met the deadline, with stunning results. I’m happy to report our house sold within a few weeks, had multiple offers, and we received close asking price. A price that I know was much higher than it was 3 weeks earlier, before Sandra had worked her magic. The buyers subsequently consulted Sandra with their move-in requirements.
